Call-Out Charge: AED 90
Once you book a technician, we set aside time and send them straight to your location. To cover this, a small call-out charge of AED 90 applies in these cases:
- You cancel the job after the technician has already left for your location.
- The technician reaches your location but no one is there, or they cannot get access.
- The job cannot be completed because of building rules, security restrictions, or missing permissions.
- The actual problem turns out to be very different from what was first described, and you decide not to continue.
- Extra time or effort is needed just to inspect or assess the issue on site.
